Food trucks in Chicago, IL

Waitlist open

Chicago expansion — 2026+.

Chicago is the largest food truck market in the Midwest and one of the toughest to organize — strict permitting, tight parking rules, and a scene spread across dozens of neighborhoods. FlavorFlow's Chicago launch is Phase 3, and we're focused on making it easier for Loop offices, breweries, and event organizers to find and book the trucks that already exist. Food trucks in Chicago — FAQ

When will FlavorFlow launch in Chicago?
Chicago is a Phase 3 market. We're prioritizing a launch that respects the city's existing truck permit structure and works with the Illinois Food Truck Association.
Are Chicago food trucks harder to book than in other cities?
The permit landscape is more complex, but the trucks that operate downtown and in neighborhoods like Wicker Park and Pilsen are used to catering and corporate work. FlavorFlow's booking flow handles it.
Will FlavorFlow cover Chicago suburbs?
Yes — Naperville, Evanston, and Oak Park will be included in the Chicago metro launch.
